Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services provided by Push Consult ("we", "us") to clients ("you"). A signed proposal, statement of work, or written agreement for a specific engagement takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
1. Services
We provide growth, distribution, and product feedback consulting services to software companies. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
2. Fees & invoicing
Services are billed hourly, per project, or on a monthly retainer, as agreed. Invoices are issued electronically and include an itemized description of the work performed. Fixed-scope projects may require a deposit before work begins.
3. Payment
Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. Card and bank payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card or bank details. Late balances may be subject to a late fee as stated in your agreement.
4. Cryptocurrency payments
- All invoices are priced in US dollars. Crypto payments must equal the invoiced USD amount at the exchange rate at the time of payment.
- Send crypto only to the wallet address and network listed on your invoice, and confirm the address with us on Telegram (@Gkpushin) before sending. We will never change payment addresses without confirming directly.
- You are responsible for network and transaction fees. A payment is considered received once it is confirmed on-chain.
- Crypto transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or on an unsupported network.
- Any approved refund of a crypto payment will be issued in the same asset or its USD equivalent, at our discretion.
5. Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You are responsible for paying for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation. Monthly retainers may be cancelled with notice before the next billing period.
6. Refunds
Because services are delivered as time and expertise, fees for completed work are non-refundable. Deposits for work that has not yet started are refundable in full if you cancel before work begins. If you believe an invoice contains an error, contact us within 15 days and we will review and correct it promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
7. Disputes
If you have a concern about any charge, please contact us first on Telegram at @Gkpushin so we can resolve it directly.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the agreed services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
